NASM Certificated Trainer &
Dancer at American Ballet Theater


Born in Dallas, Katie Boren competed in the Youth America Grand Prix and received many top honors. Katie was awarded a full scholarship to the American Ballet Theater at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School, from which she later graduated. In addition, she was a YoungArts Honorable Mention Award Winner. In her professional career, Katie danced for Staatsballett Berlin, Boston Ballet and American Ballet Theater. In 2018, she became a NASM (National Academy of Sport Medicine) certificated personal trainer. With her combined knowledge of ballet and fitness, Katie crucially contributes to dance-centric training programs worldwide.
