Dance Masterclass is the "Netflix" of the dance world. Since 2021 we have grown rapidly, producing masterclasses, workouts and documentaries for a global audience. Our next goal: building the world's best online dance school with 🔴 Live Online Classes.
We are forming a small, selected team of dancers who will represent Dance Masterclass to a global audience.
Your Role
You dance ballet. Live on Zoom. From our Berlin studio.
As a professional dancer you're on set with a teacher and perform the exercises. You simply follow them exactly as the teacher shows them, just like in any other ballet class.
You do not need to speak and you will not have a microphone. Your role is to take part in the class so that beginner students can look at you if they forget an exercise.
Walk-in / walk-out: you arrive, dance your classes, and leave. No admin work, no tech, no production duties.
Who We're Looking For
- Professional or advanced ballet dancers with clean classical technique
- Able to pick up combinations quickly and follow an exercise precisely
- Comfortable dancing in front of a camera and a live online audience
- Enough English to follow class instructions
- Reliable and punctual — the classes go out live
- At least 18 years old and able to work legally in Germany
Hours & Salary
You choose how many classes you take each week — the more you take, the higher your pay. Every model is an employed position with full social insurance.
Model A — 10 hours per week (part-time) — € 1,000 gross per month
Model B — 20 hours per week (part-time) — € 2,000 gross per month
Model C — 30 hours per week (part-time) — € 3,000 gross per month
Model D — 40 hours per week (full-time) — € 4,000 gross per month
Contract duration: flexible, from 1 to 12 months. We agree with you before you start.
Classes run Monday to Sunday, including evenings and occasionally nights, because participants join from different time zones. Your shifts are set by roster.
