Dance Masterclass is the “Netflix” of the dance world. Since 2021, we have produced masterclasses, training programs, and documentaries for dancers around the globe.
Our next step is to build the world’s best online dance school with live interactive classes taught from our professional studio in Berlin.
We are now building a permanent team of ballet teachers who will represent Dance Masterclass to a global audience. If you are passionate about teaching, love helping dancers improve, and want to be part of a new model for dance education, we would love to meet you.
Your Role
You teach ballet live from our Berlin studio to dancers joining online from around the world.
Your focus is the educational experience: observing students, giving individual corrections, explaining technique clearly, answering questions, and helping dancers make real progress.
For ballet classes, a professional demonstrator is on set and performs the exercises. This means you do not need to physically demonstrate everything yourself. Instead, you can focus fully on watching the students on the large screen, analyzing their movement, and giving real-time corrections.
What You Will Teach
Depending on your role and availability, your work may include:
- Live online ballet classes
- Private coaching
- Small group sessions
Our team handles the technical setup, cameras, sound, lighting, and class operations. You arrive, teach your class, and leave. No technical work, no admin setup, no production responsibilities.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for ballet teachers, ballet masters, former professional dancers, or experienced educators with a strong technical background.
Experience with professional companies, conservatories, academies, universities, or recognized training institutions is highly valued.
You should be comfortable teaching in English and open to working in a modern studio environment with cameras, screens, and a live online audience.

Employment & Compensation
This is a permanent position based in Berlin.
We offer part-time and full-time contract options.
Full-time positions range between USD 4,500 and USD 6,800 gross per month, depending on experience, profile, and responsibilities.
The position includes the standard benefits of German employment, including paid vacation, health insurance, and pension contributions.
