Growth & Performance Marketing Lead

ROLE:

As the Growth & Performance Marketing Lead at Dance Masterclass, you will be at the forefront of driving our brand's digital presence and customer acquisition. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, focused on crafting and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee our overall performance marketing strategy to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to customer acquisition and brand growth.
  •  Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  •  SEO: Implement strategies to ensure top organic search ranking positions, enhancing our brand's visibility and reach.
  •  Analytics and Reporting: Manage Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track marketing campaigns' performance, providing weekly reports to the CEO and actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  •  Email Marketing: Develop and manage our email marketing and marketing automation strategies, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and loyalty programs.
  •  Conversion Rate Optimization: Conduct regular audits and execute A/B tests, user testing, and feedback initiatives to improve conversion rates across our digital channels.
  •  Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with dance schools, teachers, and influencers to broaden our reach and impact.
  •  Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with our performance marketing agency to monitor and optimize marketing investments for maximum efficiency and positive ROAS.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strategies.
  •  Expertise in Digital Marketing Platforms: Strong skills in using major digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  •  Data-Driven: Ability to use data and analytics tools like Google Analytics effectively to make informed marketing decisions.
  •  Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  •  Creativity and Analytical Skills: A unique blend of creative thinking and analytical ability to craft engaging campaigns that yield results.
  •  Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our teams.
  •  Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Openness to new ideas, adaptability to change, and a commitment to continuous learning in the fast-evolving field of digital marketing.
