ABOUT US:
Dance Masterclass (@dance_masterclass) is an online streaming platform dedicated to the art of dance. We are a Berlin-based start-up founded in 2021 that has since built a community of dancers in over 100 countries with an ambition to become the Netflix of the dance world.
THE ROLE:
You will be at the forefront of driving our brand's digital presence and customer acquisition. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, focused on crafting and constantly optimising a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to secure a sustainable long-term growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and oversee our performance marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Paid Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across various channels, including documenting testing hypotheses and results.
- Digital media buying: Purchase and manage ad space, set up and continuously optimise precise targeting, messaging, scheduling and budget for each digital channel.
- Analytics and Reporting: Manage Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track marketing campaigns' performance, provide weekly reports including actionable insights to the CEO.
- Creative Asset Optimization: Develop and optimize creative assets, make content suggestions for the video editing team.
- ROAS Optimization: Work closely with our performance marketing agency to monitor and optimize marketing investments for maximum efficiency and positive ROAS.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing and digital media buying with a proven track record of scaling accounts on META, TikTok, and Google.
- 100% Data-Driven.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Creativity and Analytical Skills: A blend of creative thinking and analytical ability to craft engaging campaigns that yield results.
- Copywriting Skills
- Digital native: We are looking for someone who knows Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok inside out.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our teams. Fluent English.
- Bonus: Start-up experience: Previous experience in a B2C start-up / scale-up environment is a plus.
