ABOUT US:
Dance Masterclass (@dance_masterclass) is an online streaming platform dedicated to the art of dance. We are a Berlin-based start-up founded in 2021 that has since built a community of dancers in over 100 countries with an ambition to become the Netflix of the dance world.
THE ROLE:
As the Performance Marketing Manager at Dance Masterclass, you will support our brand's digital presence and customer acquisition efforts. This role requires a true passion for performance marketing, focusing on executing ad campaigns and ad testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Management: Set up campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- A/B testing and audit: Execute ad testing to identify best performing ads and their elements.
- Analytics and Reporting: Provide the Marketing leas with clear reports on the ads performance and test results.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing and digital media buying.
- 100% Data-Driven.
- Copywriting Skills: Passion for and experience with copywriting.
- Digital native: We are looking for someone who is knows Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok inside out. You have full understanding of attribution systems within these channels and how they are connected.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent English, including excellent grammar.
- Start-up experience: Previous experience in a start-up / scale-up environment is a plus.
