Social Media Manager (Full Time)
📍 Location: BERLIN, Germany – This is a full-time position (40h/week) with hybrid setup: 3 days in our Berlin office, 2 days remote.
Dance Masterclass is an online streaming platform dedicated to the art of dance. In short, it’s the “Netflix” of the dance world. Founded in 2021 in Berlin. Fast growth with subscribers worldwide. We produce Masterclasses, Workout Videos, and Documentary Films.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to drive our next chapter. Someone who moves fast, thinks big, and wants to shape the future of Dance Masterclass.
What You Bring

You know Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts inside out.
You’ve built or managed accounts with 100k+ followers.
You rely on data, not guesswork.
Storytelling and community building come naturally to you.
Your Role
You lead and grow our social channels.
You plan content and guide creators and editors.
You can host short-form interviews.
You track performance, test ideas, and constantly improve.
You know what clicks with audiences and keep us connected.
