Dance Masterclass is the “Netflix” of the dance world. Since 2021, we have produced masterclasses, training programs, and documentaries for dancers around the globe.
Our next step is to build the world’s best online dance school with live interactive classes taught from our professional studio in Berlin.
We are now building a permanent team of Fitness, Yoga, and Pilates instructors who will represent Dance Masterclass to a global audience. You may specialize in one discipline or teach across several—we are not expecting every applicant to cover all three.

Your Role
You teach live Fitness, Yoga, or Pilates classes from our Berlin studio to participants joining online from around the world.
Your focus is creating an engaging and effective learning experience: guiding participants through each session, observing their movement, offering individual corrections and modifications, explaining exercises clearly, answering questions, and helping them make measurable progress.
You should be confident demonstrating exercises when required while continuing to engage with participants through the studio’s large-screen setup. Classes may include participants with different experience levels, so you will need to provide appropriate variations and clear safety guidance.
What You Will Teach
Depending on your expertise, role, and availability, your work may include:
- Live online Fitness classes
- Live online Yoga classes
- Live online Pilates classes
- Private coaching
- Small-group sessions
- Technique-focused workshops and training programs
You do not need to teach all three disciplines. We welcome specialists as well as multidisciplinary instructors.
Our team handles the cameras, sound, lighting, streaming setup, and class operations. You arrive, teach your class, and leave—without technical work, administrative setup, or production responsibilities.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for experienced Fitness trainers, Yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, movement coaches, or educators with strong practical knowledge in their field.
Relevant professional certifications, teaching qualifications, and experience working with recognized studios, fitness organizations, training institutions, universities, or international clients are highly valued.
You should:
- Have substantial teaching or coaching experience
- Communicate instructions and corrections clearly
- Understand safe movement principles and appropriate modifications
- Be comfortable teaching different experience levels
- Be confident teaching in English
- Be open to working with cameras, screens, and a live online audience
- Bring warmth, energy, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping people progress

Employment & Compensation
This is a permanent position based in Berlin.
We offer part-time and full-time contract options.
Full-time positions range between USD 4,500 and USD 6,800 gross per month, depending on experience, qualifications, profile, and responsibilities.
The position includes the standard benefits of German employment, including paid vacation, health insurance, and pension contributions.
