Ballet class is a common routine for many dancers. But, whether you train daily or not, it can be hard to find the time to get to class as often as you’d like. That’s where we come in!

In this ballet class series Whitney guides you through 3 different classes to fit your needs as a dancer. Choose from a Feel-Good Ballet Class to focus on enjoying your movements, a High-Intensity Ballet Class to get your heart pumping, or a Low-Intensity Ballet Class to leave you feeling calm and refreshed.

All you need is a bit of space to move around in and something to hold onto as your barre. Start now and learn simple ways to grow your flexibility, strength and artistry through basic ballet exercises.

An award-winning dancer of the Varna International Ballet Competition, Whitney jump-started her career with the Boston Ballet where she became one of the youngest principal dancers in company history.

She has since moved to Oslo to continue her professional career. As a principal dancer, she works closely with the world’s most prominent choreographers in both classical and contemporary works.
