Ballet class is a common routine for many dancers. But, whether you train daily or not, it can be hard to find the time to get to class as often as you’d like. That’s where we come in!
In this ballet class series Whitney guides you through 3 different classes to fit your needs as a dancer. Choose from a Feel-Good Ballet Class to focus on enjoying your movements, a High-Intensity Ballet Class to get your heart pumping, or a Low-Intensity Ballet Class to leave you feeling calm and refreshed.
All you need is a bit of space to move around in and something to hold onto as your barre. Start now and learn simple ways to grow your flexibility, strength and artistry through basic ballet exercises.

1. Feel-Good Ballet Class
Practice enjoying your movement as opposed to focusing only on your technique. Throughout this class, Whitney encourages you to move how you want to move, with zero judgment.
- Barre (30 mins)
Follow along for simple exercises in this condensed ballet barre. - Center (15 mins)
Learn fun and easy exercises to help you find even more joy in your dancing.
2. High-Intensity Ballet Class
Get your heart pumping with simple, fast paced exercises both at the barre and in the center. Follow along with Whitney in this energizing class to boost your mood and move your body.
- Barre (35 mins)
Learn simple (but challenging!) exercises in this condensed ballet barre. - Center (12 mins)
Find more power with high energy exercises in the center.
3. Low-Intensity Ballet Class
Follow along as Whitney guides you through simple barre and center exercises to leave you feeling calm, refreshed and ready for anything.
- Barre (30 mins)
Take a new approach to your ballet barre by focusing on your breath in simple, fluid movements. - Center (10 mins)
Learn low-impact exercises to get your body moving.
