Are the classes “live”?

The classes are recorded videos (not live) so you can watch at your own convenience and pace. You are welcome to simply watch the classes and be inspired to learn. But if you want to actively follow along with a class to do exercises, you can easily do so. Our app (iOS & Android) for on-the-go and in-the-dance-studio learning is very useful for this. 

Which age/level is Dance Masterclass for?

Dance Masterclass has a variety of classes spanning all levels. While some classes are geared towards specific levels (i.e. Ballet for Beginners) there is something for everyone in each and every class. Do I need any equipment to start?

For most classes, you need nothing more than yourself and some space to dance. In some instances, it is important to have the proper footwear (i.e. pointe shoes). Otherwise, you can start learning right away.
