About this class
This class introduces the MUNZ Floor® Method – a gentle, floor-based practice to release tension, rehydrate the spine, and improve posture.
Created by former ballet dancer Alexandre Munz, it uses spiral movements to nourish fascia and activate deep muscles, helping relieve and prevent back pain.
You’ll move slowly and mindfully, resetting your body from the inside out – ideal for dancers, movers, and anyone seeking sustainable spine care.

Alexandre Munz
Former Principal Dancer
Renowned French dancer, choreographer and educator, Alexandre Munz trained at the Paris Opera Ballet School and went on to dance as a Principal soloist in Berlin. After a spine injury ended his dancing career, he developed the MUNZ FLOOR® and MUNZ BARRE® methods, focusing on fascia regeneration and spinal health.
These innovative techniques are now used globally by dancers, athletes, and health professionals.
