Mindset Coach for Dancers
A former professional ballet dancer turned confidence expert and mentor. She trained at the Houston Ballet Academy, earned her BFA in Ballet from the University of Utah, and performed professionally with the Oklahoma City Ballet. Combining her background as a performer with certifications in coaching, NLP, and mindset training, along with a deep engagement with psychology, she has become a trusted guide for dancers worldwide. Her work empowers dancers to overcome self doubt, manage performance anxiety, and cultivate the confidence, freedom, and joy needed to reach their fullest potential.
