About this class
Have you ever wondered how some dancers seem to flow so effortlessly into and out of their movements? They can be flying across the room in a massive jump and then all of a sudden they roll on the floor only to pop up again by springing backwards onto their hands…
Well, while acrobatic dancing might seem like a special skill reserved for only those dancers who are daring enough to try it, thanks to Kenan Dinkelmann, this is now something that you can simply learn how to do.
With a mix of martial arts and contemporary dance at the core of the technique, the goal of this class is to help you find more flow in your movements by focusing on strength and mobility.
You will learn the 3 most important elements of Flow Acrobatics: rolling, inverting and arching - and how to achieve them through a series of progressive exercises. From a simple warm up, all the way through to acrobatic tricks and choreography, Kenan guides you through the details of his unique movement style so that you can adapt it to work for you.
