In this series of short, easy to follow workouts, you will learn exercises designed specifically for dancers from the Train Like a Ballerina™ method. 

With targeted workouts for your upper body, lower body and core, learn how to build your strength, increase your stamina and grow your flexibility so that you can find more control in your dancing.

Each workout can be done separately and requires no equipment with the exception of resistance bands for a few select exercises.
