About these workouts


In this series of short, easy workouts, you'll learn exercises from the Train Like a Ballerina™ method, designed specifically for dancers.

Targeting your upper body, lower body, and core, these workouts will help you build strength, stamina, and flexibility for better control in your dancing.

No equipment is needed except for resistance bands in some exercises.
