Can I do these classes at home?
Our classes are very diverse and suitable for all kinds of locations. For example, the "FLEXIBILITY" class is very suitable for home (simple exercises that you can do regularly at home).
Other classes are better suited in a dance studio (“JUMPS” for example).
However, we always recommend that you watch the Dance Masterclasses at home first, as the content is very packed and it’s best to understand all the information and tips first so that you can apply them to your next training session.
Are the classes “live”?
The classes are recorded videos (not live) so you can watch at your own convenience and pace. You are welcome to simply watch the classes and be inspired to learn. But if you want to actively follow along with a class to do exercises, you can easily do so. Our app (iOS & Android) for on-the-go and in-the-dance-studio learning is very useful for this.

I come from a family that respected the arts, but my mother didn't believe dancing could be a career.
I decided at a relatively late age that I wanted to be a ballerina and in this lesson I explain what it took to achieve my dreams.

Classical ballet competitions are high intensity and very demanding; it is easy to become overwhelmed.
I share my experiences in these extreme situations and how I learned to cope and perform my best.
4. Lesson: Choosing your pointe shoes
There are so many options when it comes to choosing your pointe shoes.
I will give an overview of various brands and explain how I ended up choosing my shoes after years and years of searching.

And what about your feet inside your shoes? Dancers must face demanding hours on pointe. I'll show you how I take care of my feet and shoes for a long day of rehearsals or performances and also how to make your shoes last from one amazing performance to another.
