About this class
For dancers, ballet class is a dedicated space to train and grow your skills. From strengthening exercises at the barre to challenging center combinations, it’s no secret that improving your technique is hard work…so why not have some fun with it?!
In this ballet class series Tomas takes you through different ballet classes focusing on finding joy and lightness within your practice of ballet. You will learn fundamental exercises to develop your strength, flexibility, coordination and balletic alignment all while enjoying the process of simply dancing.
Together with an expert ballet pianist and two of the world’s leading principal dancers (Iana Salenko & Marian Walter) to demonstrate the exercises, you can easily follow along from wherever you are.
Originally from Sweden, Tomas rose to success as a first solo dancer before making his mark as the world renowned ballet master he is today.
With over 40 years experience in the world of professional ballet, his expertise shines through in his fun and easy teaching style that is sure to bring joy to any dancer.
